Meet Allie of milleni.allie travels

Hi! I'm Allie - I'm 31 years old (hence, on the younger side of the millennial generation). I live in Manhattan with my husband and work in Human Resources at a tech company. One thing that's great about working in tech is a generous amount of vacation! Travel is a huge part of our lives—whether it's just the two of us, with friends, or even on separate adventures, it seems like we're constantly on a plane, train, or renting a car. How much we travel was even a running gag in the speeches at our wedding!

 

For me, half the fun of traveling is doing research on where to go, what to see, and what to eat and drink when you're there. I love reading blogs, watching Tik Toks, reading reviews... the research is half motivated to give me inspiration for my own trip, and half just to get me that much more excited. Over the years I've accumulated filled with my own meticulously planned itineraries and travel summaries, which I've happily shared with friends.
